Tasty Thursday: Crepes

November 3, 2011 by Kaysi 2 Comments

I’m a big fan of crepes but for reason, I never made them before. So one day I decided to make them and they were so yummy!!! Oh and they were super easy! I got the recipe from here.
Crepes

What you will need:
2 eggs

2 Tbs canola oil

3 Tbs sugar
1 C flour
1 1/3 C milk
1) Mix all ingredients into the blender, until it is smooth
2) Heat a non stick skillet until warm. Spray cooking spray on it before every crepe.
3) Pour just enough batter to coat the bottom on the plan, swirl until it is even.
4) Cook for about 30 seconds and then flip with rubber spatula
5) Cook other side for 15-20 seconds.

You can add pudding, pie filling, or lemon butter. I made lemon butter.
Combine butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice together. I used about (I didn’t measure) 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp lemon butter.

Hi Kaysi! I love your blog so I'm grabing your little square with your name (can't think of what you call it!?)
I have never made or tried crepes before, but I think I would love them! I'm going to have to try this recipe. It looks so easy! This may be a dumb question but is crepe's anything like a pancake? (They look like pancakes!)
Hope you have a fantastic Thurs.! 🙂

My husband is a HUGE crepe fan. I will have to try these if we ever get a weekend morning at home again.
