This is a super easy crock pot recipe! I love my crock pot! 🙂
Sweet Pork Quesadillas
What you need:
2-3 lbs pork tender loin
1/2 cup Pace salsa
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours. Serve with tortillas and cheese. Also tastes great with rice and sour cream.
