Tasty Thursday: Orange Chicken

I got this recipe from Sisters' Stuff, it's super yummy!!

Orange Chicken

This is what you will need:
Chicken breasts, cut in half
3 eggs
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
garlic salt (sprinkle)
oil

1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs soy sauce
4 Tbs ketchup

1) Dip chicken into eggs and into cornstarch, flour, and garlic mixture. Then fry chicken for 10 minutes
2) Add all sauce ingredients and boil.
3) Place fried chicken into casserole dish and top with sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.

  7. I made this for my husband and kids tonight for dinner. They all LOVED it. My husband came home late so he ate the left-overs (he is totally not a left-over person) and he ate it and said it was good...I asked if it was good but please don't make it again or good make it again...he said make it again. So from a person who isn't a very good cook this recipe was easy and yummy
