Tutorial Tuesday: Crinkle Toy

When I saw this idea to make a crinkle toy, I knew that I had to make one for my little girl. She LOVES playing with bags and wrappers. So this was prefect, without the danger :). It was so easy too, I think it took about 15 minutes and she loves it!

This is how I made it:
1) I took two pieces of fabric, both 7x7". Then I used a wrapper from some wipes. I have also used a wrapper from a toy. Anything that makes a great crinkle sound will work.

2) I sewed the wrapper onto the pink fabric. You really don't have to do this, but I did because I don't like pins.

3) I then sewed the two fabrics together, right sides facing each other. I put 4 little pieces of ribbon in the inside. I left a hole so I could turn it inside out.

4) I then did a quick top stitch on it and just like that, you have a cute crinkle toy!

You really could make this super cute, I just went with quick and simple :)
