Here's a super cute and easy refashion that I did in about 10 minutes. I have long arms and a lot of times long sleeves shirts don't always go to my wrists, so I didn't feel bad at all for cutting off the sleeves on this shirt :)
All I did was cut off the sleeves and made a little flower out of material. I sewed it onto the shirt and then gathered the sleeve with elastic thread. I told it was easy!
