Breathing Space Retreat

I just went to a blogger retreat called Breathing Space Retreat.  It was set in Daybreak, in South Jordan.  And it was awesome!!!

I think all of us women need a time to just go somewhere and just relax and get away for a little bit.  I love my kids, but sometimes I need a break away from them and to have some adult conversation.

Breathing Space was a different kind of conference.  It was might to be laid back and more relaxing.  They had classes, but you could just go shopping if you wanted to.  One of my absolute favorite things was that we got to stay in some BEAUTIFUL model homes!!!  It was awesome!!  Here is the super cute house that we stayed at.

The dinner was theme Stepford wives.  We could have definitely fit in in that era of the movie :)
Oh and here are my awesome room mates.  They were so much fun to hang out with.  Leanne, Whitney, Staci, Michelle, Amanda and me.

I could have learned a lot from these girls, they all are sooooo much fun.
You see all of their fun, cute faces?  Do you see how I chickened out and just smiled?  There's a reason, I have this comfort zone and I have a hard time getting out of it.  I'm extremely shy in large groups and I can't seem to get out of my shell.  I wish I could say that I took a dive and did that for this retreat, but sadly I didn't.  I had had sleepless nights with my baby being sick before and wasn't feeling great, so I was tired, sick and grumpy.  Hopefully next time, I'll get out of my comfort zone...

Luckily I got some medicine in me and felt a little better, so I was able to be a little goofy! :)

I was super excited about getting an awesome swag gift.  Because I'm not going to lie, I like free things :).  There was some awesome stuff in there, it really first like Christmas morning how we were on in our pjs opening our bags.

Do you see how gorgeous the house is, amazing!

Breathing Space was so much fun!!!  I'm so ready to do another retreat or conference!!  I'm hoping that I can go again next year!!
