Garlic Chicken

The luxury of eating out is something that we don’t have any more.  We could eat out if we wanted to travel 45 minutes and wanted to eat fast food.  So I have to be a good “house wife” and cook more.  Good thing there are lots of good recipes on pinterest that I get to try out!  I found this one here and it’s super yummy!
garlic chicken (1)
You will need:
Chicken breasts
4 Tbs brown sugar
4 cloves of garlic
3 tsp olive oil
1) Preheat oven to 500 degrees and grease casserole dish
2) Saute oil and garlic in a pan until tender
3) Stir in brown sugar and remove from heat
4) Drizzle over chicken and bake for 15 to 30 minutes.

We had it with mashed potatoes and salad.  Then the next day I cut it up and made a chicken salad with it, it was to die for!

This looks so good. Even though we have access to a lot of restaurants, I try really hard not to go out a lot. I realized we were eating out way too much when my daughter groaned that we had to stay home for dinner one night.
I bet the chicken salad you made with the leftovers was delicious. Seasoned chicken from another dish is usually the perfect thing for chicken salad!
