#ad Southwest Chipotle Sauce {Tyson Popcorn Chicken}

We love family movie night at our house. We do it pretty much every Sunday.  We will just have some chips and popcorn but when I headed to Walmart to this past weekend, seeing some fun new movies that were on pre-sale, including Fast and Furious 6 and all of the yummy Tyson chicken, we decided to make our Sunday dinner be while watching the movie.  I love that they are now doing pre sales for movies, especially ones that I couldn't see in the theater.  I've heard good things about Fast and Furious 6 and the amazing stunts that they do.  Can't wait to watch it at home when it comes out on DVD.

We headed to Walmart and got the supplies that we needed to make lots of yummy dips.  We had the Tyson popcorn chicken (it's my favorite, I could eat these for lunch every day of the week) and then I made 6 different sauces to go with them.  Sometimes I like to have some variety and it's fun to have different flavors too.  For the whole shopping experience, check out my google+ album.

The new sauce that I tried out this time was a southwest chipotle sauce.  This is what you will need:
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup ranch (optional)
2 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs chipotle peppers, pureed
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic
salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients together until it's completely blended and smooth.  Cool for an hour and then serve with chicken.

Here is the one with ranch, that one was my favorite.

I made up the popcorn chicken in the oven and then I made some little boxes to look like popcorn boxes for the kids to keep their chicken in.  Then I put all of the dips onto a lazy Susan.

Everyone sat around the dips and enjoyed the movie.  We of course had popcorn too.  They kids loved it!  It was so much fun!  My 4 year old loved the lazy Susan. I put the bowls with the ketchup and ranch on opposite ends of it so he had to spin every time he wanted a different dip.

The 6 different dips were:
Ranch
Southwest Chipotle Sauce
Mayo and BBQ sauce
Ketcup
Chipotle Ranch Sauce
Honey Mustard
Ranch

Next time you have a family night, think about adding some chicken and having #Tyson2Nite.

I would love it if you followed along.

Looks like the kids had a really good time. And Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite all time movies!
