I love super easy and quick recipes. I don’t know about you, but it gets crazy around dinner time. My kids get home at 4:00 and we like to eat at 5:30. We have to squeeze homework in there and then I have to cook dinner. I don’t want to spend a ton of time on dinner, I like recipes that take about 30 minutes. Pillsbury has a bunch of great recipes that use their biscuits that are easy and quick! I made up these Grands! Taco Melts.
This is what you’ll need:
Grands! biscuits
taco seasoning
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup cheese
water (amount depends on your taco seasoning)
1 pound hamburger
Roll out the biscuits into 6 inch circles. I used my hands but you can a rolling pin too.
Brown the hamburger and then add taco seasoning, water and salsa. Spoon 1/3 cup of meat onto biscuit and then add 1 tbsp cheese. Then fold the biscuit over the meat and pinch the sides together.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, salsa, cheese and lettuce.
These were super easy to make and they are yummy! My kids loved that they could just eat them with their hands and I liked that the meat didn’t fall out when you tried to take a bite (like it does with tacos). These were perfect for school nights, they were quick to make and quick to eat, so we can get to our other activities.
I also made the grilled cheese sandwiches too. They were goooood. I loved the biscuits, so much fluffier than regular bread.

I would love it if you followed along.
