If you are having ham for Easter dinner this Sunday then you HAVE TO make these potatoes as a side dish, they are amazing!!! Seriously love them!
Sour Cream Potatoes
This is what you need:
32oz frozen hash browns
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 onion
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
2 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups corn flakes
2 tbs butter, melted
1) Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, onion, cheese and soup into bowl.
2) Add hashbrowns
3) Pour into greased 9×13 dish
4) Crush corn flakes and mix with 2 tbs butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
5) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
