I don't know about you but my life is super crazy right now. I thought that after the holidays things would die down, but I feel like I am now in catch up mode. Trying to catch up on all the things that I didn't do because of the holidays. I am also trying to get more organized and use my time more wisely. One way that I'm going to try to use my time wise more wisely is when I go out and run errands, I am going to do more than just one errand at a time. A great way to do that is getting an oil change at Walmart. I am always at Walmart (it's 5 minutes away from my house) and I am always there for more than 30 minutes, so I might as well get my oil changed there too. With all the holiday traveling we did, I know that it is time for one. Being able to kill to birds with one stone is only one reason why I like to #DropShopandOil at Walmart.
I met up with the worker and he was very helpful. We decided that the best oil for my car was Pennzoil High Mileage Vehicle since my car has more than 75k miles on it. The motor oil is designed to help reduce leaks and oil consumption in engines that may be worn or have the higher mileage. It's designed for vehicles that are newer or older and it helps keep the engines running clean and strong for a very long time.
He also suggested the Pennzoil motor oil because Pennzoil products helps clean out sludge left from other oils. It is designed to give complete protection from friction, no other motor oil gives a better protection. Pennzoil also offers a free warranty that covers 15 engine parts, for more information you should check out the Pennzoil Warrant site here.
The process to get my car all checked and ready to go was quick and easy. I was able to look around and grab a few things and grocery shop. It's nice grocery shopping knowing that I am doing another errand at the same time. I don't have time to take my car into another place. I've done it with kids. It's not fun at all. This is how it ends up going: I chase my kids around the whole time. One is trying to change the channel because he doesn't like the news. Another one is constantly touching everything single thing in the waiting room. Another one is trying to go through the legs of the chairs (or through the holes of the arms), rolling around on the dirty floor. And my baby is playing with the water dispenser and won't sit still and won't let me hold him. It is never fun and it always takes longer than I expect. Not how I want to spend my morning. I am always exhausted when we are done. I would much rather take my car to Walmart and shop too. At least if my kids get bored or loud I can go to the toy aisle and they are entertained. Plus they give you a bar code that you can scan to see when your car is done. It's so nice because you don't have to go back to the Automotive Care Center and ask them if it's done yet.
When is the last time you got an oil change? If it's been awhile, you should take it in to Walmart!
