General Conference is coming up this weekend! So for the lesson in my primary class we talked about prophets, so I thought it would be fun to make a game out for it. It worked out really well for the lesson and I think it will be good for General Conference this weekend too. I think I will play because I still need to learn the new apostles’ names :).
This is how I made it:
The first thing I did was printed off the pictures. You will need to print two so everyone has a match. You can get the printable here.
Then using a paper trimmer I cut the pictures and scrapbook paper. Each picture was 2 3/4″ wide and 1 3/4″ high. I cut the paper the same size too.
Then I glued the pictures onto the paper.
And that’s it! There are 30 different pieces so I put them into 6 rows with 5 columns.
When I played it with my primary class, we added numbers to the pieces because it was a little hard for them to remember the names and the pictures (because let’s be honest, they all look a lot alike in these pictures). My kids are 5 and they did great once we put the numbers on.
