You all know that I LOVE kids crafts. Do you know what are super awesome, kid craft kits. They are ah-maz-ing! You can do the crafts, they kids have fun and it’s super easy set up and quick clean up. Seriously awesome! Oriental trading have a ton of kits and they are so much fun. I have bought 6 kits this holiday season and my kids have had so much fun making them. They have some really fun winter ones that are perfect for Christmas and for after too.
These measuring sticks are perfect for when it snows and you want to see how much snow you got.
They come in a big bag with 12 separated kits. Each one has instructions and pieces. These are perfect for at home but also for school or church parties.
Here are my cuties putting the craft together.
And here are the finished products, aren’t they so much fun?!
When my kids put the sticks into the snow, they thought that it would be fun to put all of the crafts in the snow. They are so silly!
We just had our church Christmas activity this week and I volunteered to do a craft with the kids. I just brought a couple of the kits I got from Oriental Trading. They had everything that we needed, I didn’t even need to bring glue. It had adhesive backing on the foam. I just gave everyone a kit. The older kids could just read the instructions and then I helped the younger it. It was great!
I would love it if you followed along.

Great ideas for kids crafts. My daughter's 2nd grade class made snowmen rulers last year, very similar to the penguin snow measuring sticks. And I just bought some snowflake craft kits to give out to our church's primary kids as a Christmas gift this year. Love how easy Oriental Trading Co. makes large group crafts giving. Thanks for sharing your ideas.

This is odd to comment about, but where did you get the rug that the kids are sitting on? If Menards is it shag? Do you like and recommend it? Please email instead of responding (April at sewing novice dot com) I found your post for the snowmen pinned on pinterest and just happened to notice the rug. 🙂
