Halloween or Fall Wreath Idea- Candy Corn Wreath
It’s the middle of October and I still didn’t have a wreath on my door that I loved. So I decided that I wanted to make one that I could use for Halloween but would also work for fall too. Candy corn colors are so fun and festive, so I went with that. To make it for Halloween, I made a spooky banner. And once November gets here, I will make one that says autumn.
This is how I made it:
I took a straw wreath and some yellow, white and orange yarn.
I then started to wrap the yarn around the wreath. I glued down the ends to make sure it doesn’t move.
Here is the wreath with all the yarn, isn’t it so fun?!
For the banner, I cut out some little pendants out of black and white fabric.
Then using my Silhouette, I cut out the word SPOOKY out of silver glitter heat transfer.
I ironed the letters onto the pendants and then glued the banner onto the wreath.
And that’s it! Isn’t it so fun and festive? I love how bright it is on my door.
I got a bigger wreath and I’m so glad that I did!
