New Year’s is coming soon and it’s time to start thinking about yummy foods and appetizers that will be perfect for a New Year’s Eve party. After all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I’m excited for a low key and easy party. I love things that are quick and easy and perfect for parties. These egg and spring rolls from Tai Pei are perfect for any holiday or party. I will definitely be making these for our New Year’s Eve party this year along with this quick 5 minute Asian dipping sauce. It’s amazing and goes perfectly with these egg rolls and spring rolls!
I headed to Walmart and picked up a few varieties of the egg and spring rolls from Tai Pei. I found them in the freezer section along with the other Asian frozen foods. These egg rolls hopefully will bring me #TaiPeiGoodFortune in the New Year.
I decided to get the Pork Egg Rolls, Vegetable Egg Rolls and the Mini Chicken Spring Rolls.
They are seriously so easy to make and so yummy! Just put them onto a cooking sheet and bake, so easy! I love that if you have more people you need to feed, it doesn’t take any longer to make them.
For the Asian dipping sauce you will need this:
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/8 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ginger
All you do is mix all the ingredients together and whisk it up until all of the ingredients are mix thoroughly.
I also used the dipping sauce that comes with the egg rolls. It’s yummy too!
I set up some fun New Year’s Eve decorations and along with the egg and spring rolls, a perfect combination!
Here are the two dipping sauces.
The sauce was amazing, I couldn’t get enough of it and I know that it’s going to be a huge hit at any party!
Right now you can get a $2 rebate off of these egg and spring rolls from Ibotta but it’s only available through 12/31/14, so hurry before it’s too late. If you would like to learn more or get more recipes from Tai Pei, you should follow them on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
What are some of your favorite appetizers? Which ones are you planning on making this year for New Year’s?
I bet that dip would be fabulous with Tai Pei rolls – I must try it! Thank you for sharing!! #client
