This is one our favorites, my kids eat it so well!
German Pancakes

This is what you will need:
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1) Add ingredients to blender in that order and blend until smooth.
2) In a 9×13 dish, melt 6 tbs of butter in oven at 450 degrees.
3) Pour mixture into pan and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with syrup, fruit or lemon butter.

oh wow, that looks so fun, rustic and much easier than flipping a billion pancakes. Thanks for the great idea. Do you happen to have any pictures of this cut and on a plate? Just curious how it will look, i guess i will have to give it a try and find out.

My mom makes these and they look just like yours! Fabulous! I think they taste awesome! I have tried and failed to make them several times. I am definitely going to try your method. Thanks for posting this 🙂

I married into a German family so I think this would be a huge hit with them…and the ease of the recipe and the minimal ingredients is a hit with me! Yay for win wins! =)

Yum! Another topping hint- lemon juice and powdered sugar. I love it that way!
