I know that it’s a little late for Thanksgiving posts, but I just made these last night and I couldn’t not share them!
Since we are hosting Thanksgiving this year, I wanted to make some fun place cards for everyone. I also wanted them to be a decoration since I wasn’t planning on having a center piece or anything. So this is what I came up with, a little turkey!
This is how I made it:
I took some popsicle sticks and covered them with fun washi tape.
Then I cut a 2x2 to 3 1/2” and spray painted it brown. I glued the sticks and then used a staple gun to secure them onto the back of the wood.
With vinyl, I decorated to turn it into a turkey. Then I wrote the name on the feathers.
We will have 11 kids, so I made each one of them a turkey.
And here it looks on the table!
I wanted to do something different for the adults, so I made some little pumpkins for them. I made the stem out of card stock covered with washi tape. Wrapped wire and raffia around it and then attached a tag.
I would love it if you follow along!

These are so cute.....I might try a version of these at Christmas making them into Santa's.
