We are a little late with planting our garden. I know some people plant in March and April. Us June :). But at least we did it, right? We decided that we wanted to do a little garden, nothing big. Just the veggies that we like to eat. The previous owners built this greenhouse, so we put the garden in there.
Here is the before.
The chickens think that it’s their house….
For all of the supplies, I went to Home Depot. They had everything that I needed and at great prices. I got soil, compost, hoses, gloves, plants and seeds there.
We got to work. Well they got to work, I was busy tending to a baby. Good thing we have some good helpers!
It only took a couple hours and it’s done! We put up some chicken wire to keep the chickens and other animals out.
I’m most excited about the tomato plants!
