Ranch Dressing Recipe: Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole #FoodDeservesDelicious #CollectiveBias

We are huge ranch fans at our house.  It’s one of my husband’s favorite foods.  I can make something and he will think it’s a little dry, so he’ll add ranch and then eat 2-3 servings.  Ranch solves everything for him :).  I personally love casserole because they are so easy to make.  Prepare it real quick, throw it all together in a casserole dish and then put it in the oven.  Perfect.  Plus they are so yummy!  This ranch dressing recipe combines a few more of my favorite foods: bacon and chicken.

I headed to Walmart to get the all the ingredients.  I found the Kraft dressings in the aisle with all the salad toppings.  Kraft has reinvented their pourables with a new, better taste because #FoodDeservesDelicous dressings.

This is what you’ll need:
1 box of pasta of choice
1 cup Kraft ranch
1 cup milk
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 green onions
10-12 strips of cooked bacon
1-2 cooked chicken (cubed)
1-2 cups Italian style cheese blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Olives and tomatoes for garnish

1) Prepare the noodles according the package.  I always cook a little less than recommended.
2) Cook bacon.  I like to cook mine in the microwave, it makes it nice and crispy.  I cook it 30 seconds per slice.  Then I cook it additional 30 seconds and check it.  I continue to do this until it’s nice and crispy.

3) While the bacon and noodles are cooking, I prepared the sauce.  I added the milk, ranch, onions, garlic, and cheese together and set aside.

4) Add all the ingredients into a casserole dish.  First the noodles, bacon, chicken and then stir the sauce all over.

5) Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.

And that’s it!  Super easy. I added some tomatoes and olives on the top of it. I then paired it with a salad with the zesty Italian dressing and corn.  A perfect family dinner.

The Kraft ranch tastes so amazing in it.  The buttermilk and savory herbs really compliment the milk and garlic in the sauce and makes it so creamy.  And you can’t go wrong with bacon.   This is definitely going to go into our regular menu.  For a little different taste, you can add fiesta blend cheese instead of Italian style blend and canned green chilies instead of green onions.
