Easy Winter Craft: 2×4 Wood Snowmen

Vinyl is one of absolute favorite things to cut with my Silhouette.  I LOVE it!  Here is a fun little winter craft I did using vinyl.

I have a thing for snowmen.  I think I like that I can use them for Christmas but also have them up with my winter decor too.  These were so easy to make and I love how they turned out!

I took a 2×4 and cut it into 3 different pieces.  I cut the pieces: 3 3/8″, 4″ and 5″. I sanded them and then painted them white.

I then put some scrapbook paper onto them using mod podge.

I used my Silhouette to cut out the faces out of vinyl but you could easily use a punch or scissors.

I then drew on the face with a Sharpie and glued the three pieces together using a glue gun.

And finally I added some fleece for a scarf.  And that’s it!  Aren’t they fun?
