Transformers Beast Hunters Review and Giveaway

I have three boys.  And with three boys, I’m forced to know about super heroes and action figures.  Okay, not forced, I personally like them a lot.  Maybe even more than my boys.  I definitely have to keep up on what is cool and what isn’t, so I can understand what they are talking about at the dinner table. 

Of course with 3 boys, we are fans of Transformers.  We have seen the movies and my boys enjoy the animated series, Transformers Prime (yes I have even sat down and watched it once or twice).  What I didn’t know is that there are new beast Transformers robots and with that came new Autobots, called Beast Hunters. And of course with new Autobots, comes new Transformers toys!  

My boys got to try out one of the new Beast Hunters.

The one we got was Smokescreen.

They had a lot of fun putting it together and working together to get it into the cool car at the end.  Transformers are very fascinating to me.  The fact that they start as a robot and then turn into a really cool vehicle or vice versa.  They are a lot of cool features on the robot/car.  Much more detailed than before, plus they seemed to be a little more flexible, so they didn’t break as easy.  

They were so excited when they got it all finished!  Look at that smile, he is one happy boy!

When they finished they discovered that you can put the gun on the top and could shoot the weapon, pretty awesome!  

Transformers are super cool toys.  They are ones that I  even enjoy (and my husband, he was playing with it too).  Just all the details, design and thought that goes into them just amazes me.  Plus the kids like them because it’s like they are building something and it does more than a normal action figure.
