Veggie Pizza

This veggie pizza is perfect for an appetizer or a main dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz tube Chive and Onion Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 can jumbo biscuits
  • broccoli
  • grape tomatoes
  • cauliflower
  • olives
  • red pepper
  • yellow pepper
  • cucumber

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Roll out biscuit dough onto greased cookie sheet. 

  3. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.  Set aside.

  4. Mix together cream cheese and mayo. Spread onto the crust.

  5. Cut up veggies and add to the crust.
