I love sugar. It tastes amazing and I just love it. Well news flash, sugar isn’t super healthy. I know, it surprised me too! Who knew?!?! Well since I still love something sweet, I’ve turned to fruits and smoothies to get that sweetness. This one is my absolute favorite one that I make, I love it! It’s so yummy, plus one batch (which is about 28-32 oz) is only about 200 calories. So I can drink the whole thing and not feel guilty at all.
This is what you’ll need:
1 cup almond milk (you can use regular milk, I use the light original)
1 banana
2 TBSP chocolate powder (you could also use a package of instant breakfast if you want more protein)
2-3 cups ice
Blender all the ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
