Snickers Ice Cream Pie

I am a member of the Collective Bias®  Social Fabric® Community.  This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias and their client.
One my favorite things in life is dessert.  I love it.  You know how you tell your kids that they can’t have dessert until after they eat their food?  Whenever I can, I secretly eat my dessert before my meal.  I mostly do it because I know that I will save room for dessert, so I might as well eat it first so then I don’t get full with the meal and then eat dessert on top of that :).
When it comes to dessert, candy and ice cream are my favorite.  So I thought that I would combine the two and make a Snickers ice cream pie.

This is what you’ll need:
Snickers (or Milky Way) bites
Graham Crackers
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cube butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk caramelized (tutorial on how to do that here).  You could use store bought caramel too.
Whip Cream

Crush a little less than two packages of graham crackers and put into a pie dish.  Melt butter and add 1 tbsp sugar and butter into the graham crackers and spread across the dish.

Cut up the Snickers bites.  These new unwrapped bites were AWESOME for this.  It was so nice to not have to worry about unwrapping all of the little candies.  And they are small enough that you just have to cut them in half.

Add the Snickers, 3/4 of the 1/2 gallon ice cream and 1/4 can of the caramelized sweetened condense milk.  Mix altogether and then put on top of the graham cracker crust.

Put into the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.  When it’s nice and solid, top with whip cream, Snickers and some caramel.

This was super yummy!  It melted quick, so we got to eat it nice and quick.

It was a perfect treat to enjoy while we were watching the NFL game, it made great #GameDayBites.

If you love Snickers and Milky Way, then you will LOVE these new unwrapped bites.  They are so good.  And just the right size for a little snack.Check out these other SNICKERS recipes:
