Do you have a holiday party to go to this weekend? Or do you need another appetizer or side dish for Christmas dinner? We always had this amazing cheese ball growing up and I made it for a Christmas party and it was super yummy! It’s so easy to make.
This is what you’ll need:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package sliced almonds
1) Mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning together. I did it with my hands, like kneading dough.
2) Add cheese and mix. Roll into a ball
3) Roll over almonds and then cover with saran wrap.
Refrigerate a couple hours before serving with crackers.
