I try to be an organized person, I really do.  But I’m not an organized person,  I would call it organized chaos :).  But when it comes to cabinets or closet I really struggle because it’s so easy to just throw something in there and then shut the doors and not have to think about it.  One of the worst places for me is under my kitchen sink.  I just don’t think about it much and just throw everything done there.  Lately it has been becoming a problem because not everything is fitting in the cabinet. I’m not able to stock up on dishwasher detergent, soap and other cleaning supplies because it’s not organize.  I decided to change that and with just a few simple tricks, I was able to get it all organized.

Here is the cabinet before.  Lovely huh?  Definitely not a pretty sight.  Plus it’s hard to find things in there.

So I got some things to organize it.  A basket, shelf and then a dowel and some curtain rod holders.

First thing I did was put up the curtain rod holders on each side of the cabinet and then put the dowel in it.

Then I hung up some spray bottles, put things in the basket and put all the bags and foil onto the shelf.  Doesn’t it look so much better?

I left the Finish dishwasher detergent out in front so I can easily get to it when I doing dishes (since we run our dishwasher at least once a day).   Just make sure kids don’t get into them.

What’s really nice about this nice and organized cabinet is that I have more room in there to stock up on the things that I am constantly going through like dishwasher detergent.  Right now you can get $1 off of Finish dishwasher detergent with this coupon.

I got the Finish detergent at Walmart.  Right now through October there is a Rollback on the products.  Pair that and the coupon and you will get some #sparklysavings! Plus you will get nice and clean dishes.  It’s the other detergent that we use and we love it.

Nice Kaysi! I too refer to our home as organized chaos! I would like it to be a little more organized and a little less chaos though! I like your simple organizing solution. I need to do this too!
