A Little Glimpse

October 6, 2012 by Kaysi 3 Comments

It’s the weekend, yay!!  My favorite time of the week!  This week we got some little baby chicks!  We have a chicken coop in our garage, so we thought it would be fun to raise chickens.  That’s the only animal that we will have.  We got 15 of them (we’ve already lost one due to my 3 year old….).  They are so cute and fun to watch.

Yesterday we got out first snow of the year.  I wasn’t super excited about it.  I’m not ready for the cold and having to put jackets, socks, shoes, gloves and hats on 4 kids anytime we have to go somewhere.  It was a nice wet snow though and not too cold, so it wasn’t bad.  I know that it will be gone in a couple of days.
That about sums up our week, nothing too exciting here.  I hope that you have a great weekend!

I am nor looking forward to our foray snow here in Ohio, but I am interested to see how my newtome all wheel drive does in it. I don't mind the cold weather as much but I bet it does take a while to dress four kids! Hope you have a great weekend too:l

SNOW! Yikes! It seems so early…we are hoping that it stays warm a few more weeks since we are working on our basements and currently do not have the heater hooked up! Your chicks are so cute! It will be fun to see them grow!
