It’s apple season!! So this week I’m going to be sharing some yummy apple recipes. This first one is super delicious! A friend shared it with me and I just had to share it with you guys. It’s so easy and you’re going to love it, especially if you don’t want to bake a whole pie. I love that this one you can easily double the batch and make two pans without increasing the time to make at all.
Here is how you make them.
This is what you will need for the apple pie rolls up.
Apple Pie Roll Ups
A little twist on traditional apple pie, super easy and super yummy!
- 1-2 Cans Apple pie filling
- 1 Package Tortillas
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Water For thicker sauce, add less water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Step 1: Spoon apple filling into tortillas and then roll up and place in 9×13 dish.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add all ingredients for the sauce and then bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Pour sauce over tortillas and then let sit for 45 minutes to an hour, to thicken sauce.
Step 4: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
