Easter is coming up and I’m so excited!  Easter is one of my favorite holidays because it means that winter is almost over and spring is here!!  By this time of year I’m so ready to have nice weather!  I love creating fun Easter and spring things, I think that everything looks better and tastes better when they are a bright and fun color!  My kids are loving the spring weather too, so I thought it would be fun to celebrate the season with these fun Easter pudding cups.  They are perfect for a fun afternoon snack.   Plus I made some fun printables so they will be perfect to put into my kids’ school lunches too.

I headed to Walmart to pick up some Snack Pack puddings, I found them in the baking aisle.  There are so many yummy flavors (I love Snack Pack pudding!).

I went with the classics, vanilla and chocolate.  I got the Super Snack Pack pudding cups because they are bigger and perfect size for my kids.

For the fun Easter treats I used the chocolate Snack Pack, spring Oreos, orange candy melts and strawberries.

First I took off the easy to open lid and then crushed up the cookies with a food processor.  I then put some of the cookies into the pudding cup to create the look of dirt.

I then warmed up the candy melts.  I put them in the microwave for about 20 seconds and then stirred them.  Then I put them in for another 20 seconds.  I continue to do that until the candy melts were smooth.  Then I dipped the strawberries into it and put onto wax paper to cool.

I then put the strawberry carrot into the pudding cup.

Then I added a fun printable because I love puns!  I carrot (care a lot) about you!  You can get the printable here.

Since we love Snack Pack so much, it’s something that we put into our kids’ school lunches often.  It’s nice that they are getting the same amount of calcium as a cup of milk.    I thought it would be fun to create fun Easter characters and add a little note with them.

I created an Easter egg, bunny and duck along with some fun printables to go with them.  I know that my kids will get a kick out these :).

You should try out the new Super Snack Pack pudding cups.  Before you go to Walmart,  print out this coupon for $.50 off.
What flavor is your favorite kind of Snack Pack pudding? I love butterscotch!
