This Christmas I got a Kitchen Aid!! I actually bought it for myself before Christmas (anyone else buy their own gifts?). I got really a good deal on it and have already put it to good use. I love being able to store the attachments in the bowl but I worry about them and bowl getting dirty. Either from dust or bugs or little kids always touching them. So I decided that I needed to put a cover on it. It’s fun to add a little color to it too, the white was a little to plain for me :). (I will have a tutorial on the subway art next week.)
I love the idea of a cover just for the bowl! I need to pull out my material again!
I love what you've done to your kitchen aid and the bowl cover is genius! I can just see finding cars or other toys in mine if I had one. 🙂
What a fantastic idea. I think I might be one of the only people who doesn't have a Kitchen Aid and my mixer has a cover but love this idea anyway.
that is so cute and looks pretty simple to make too! Pinning! Emily
By the way, where did you get that cute chevron fabric? Love it!

What a wonderful idea! I use my kitchen aid pretty often but sometimes if I don't it can get a little dusty inside.
How darling is this? I don't have a Kitchen Aid, I have an older mixer that is the one my mom had when she got married….oh 35 years ago or so. I kind of love it. You have the cutest mixer I have ever seen.
Love this. It really is one of those, "why didn't I think of this?" moments. thanks for sharing.
This is a great idea! Thank you for sharing. And I give myself gifts for Christmas also. And for Birthday. That way I'll get what I want. Besides my son is too young to buy me any gifts. So, it's all up to me, lol
This is an awesome idea. I love how it turned out. It would make such a great gift.
This is a great idea! I'm pinning this so I can keep it in mind when I get my hands on my mother in law Kitchen Aid LOL. Pinning! XOXO
So clever! I always have to rinse out the bowl from random crumbs/dust – but this would solve that problem! I pinned it to my kitchenaid mixer love Pinterest board
