Disclosure: I was chosen and compensated for this post through the Mom It Forward Blogger Network.  All opinions are 100% my own.

I love products that make my life easier as a parent.  I love food that is both easy and convenient but also have nutritional value to them.  That’s why I love Smuckers’® Uncrustables®, they are just so great.  I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten them for car trips and vacations, for after school snacks or to just have them on hand when I need to feed my kids but don’t have to time (or energy) to do it.  We always have a box in our freezer because they are perfect for so many things.

Smucker’s® Uncrustables® has teamed up with Disney to bring us an awesome contest called Share Your Disney Adventure.  How would you like to win a 5 day, 4 night Disney parks adventure for four?!  I know I would love it!  It’s really simple to enter, you just have to go to their website and upload a picture of you and your family sharing your Disney side.  It can be a photo of you being wild world wanderers, true Disney believers, tireless adventurers or fun-loving kids at heart.  The contest only goes until February 16, 2015, so hurry and upload your photo.  One grand prize winner will get the amazing Disney trip, where you can enjoy all that Disney has to offer and Uncrustables® to enjoy on your trip.  Also, all photos that are submitted will have a chance to be featured on the homepage of Share Your Disney Adventure.  For more information and to get all the details about the contest, check out their website.

After checking out the fun food art that they made with the Uncrustables®, I was inspired to make lunch a little more fun for my kids.  So I created fun Mickey and Minnie Mouse sandwiches for my kids.  They loved it and they were so easy to make!

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Sandwiches
For each sandwich, I used two sandwiches and some fresh fruit- strawberries and bananas.

I cut one of the sandwiches in half, cut around the edge and turn those into the ears.  I then made a cute bow out of strawberries to make the Minnie Mouse.

For the the Mickey, I created his red pants out of the strawberries, making the bananas his buttons on his pants.  Fun, huh?

If you have an awesome Disney photo, make sure you go and enter it into the contest!  One person is going to win and I would love it if it were one of my readers! So go enter today.
