Fresh and Easy Chicken Pasta Salad
It’s getting warmer and the days are getting longer, yay! It’s time to start getting more healthy, working out and eating lighter foods. I don’t about you, but when it’s super warm outside, I don’t want to have to do a lot of cooking. I don’t want to spend an hour over the hot stove or have the oven going. I also don’t love having really big and heavy meals. I love having a nice and light meal. And of course I like nice and easy meals that don’t take much time to cook. Here is a great, healthy meal.
Chicken Pasta Salad
- Tyson grilled and ready chicken
- 1 box garden rotini
- grape tomatoes
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1/4 red onion diced
- 1 can olives drained
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box.
Heat up chicken in skillet for 3-5 minutes.
Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together. Chill until ready to serve.
