Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!! I hope that you all are having a wonderful Saturday! I don’t decorate for this holiday much, but I sure like it. I love green and I love the idea that everyone has to wear it :). Plus it’s my parents anniversary, so it always seemed to be a special day growing up. Today is my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary, happy anniversary to them!!!
One thing I remember growing up was when I was in kindergarten, my mom helped out in my class a lot. On St. Patrick’s Day she made the class green pancakes. I thought that it was soooo cool. I remember asking me mom to do that a lot growing up. So every St. Patrick’s day, we have a green breakfast (usually for dinner). Green eggs, pancakes and milk :). My kids love it and I do too.
