One last Easter project

April 7, 2012 by Kaysi 8 Comments

At church, I teach 10 and 11 year old girls.  Saturday evening I’m always planning my lesson… I’m a procrastinator.  Tomorrow is the Easter lesson and I wanted to give them something to remember Easter for Christ and not for the candy.  So I made each of them a little board with this scripture.  I got the printable from here.
I just printed out the scripture and then put it onto a white board with mod podge.  Added some glitter paper on the bottom and then some ribbon so they can hang it up.

This looks so great! And how neat! I love that scripture! What a good teacher you are to do that for your girls. You never know, they may keep something neat like that all their lives and remember Christ and remember you!

Thanks for sharing this and the link to the free printable. I will use it for next year or even just to have around as a lovely reminder! How did you get the color on the sides and bottom of the printable? There looks like there is a bluish color?

Hope you had a blessed Easter!
