This is by far the easiest pillow I have ever made. It took about 10 minutes to make and I love it! I just took a 18×18 square of my ruffle fabric and then took a 18×18 square of brown fabric, sewed the three sides together. Then I put it onto another pillow that I didn’t like and sewed up the bottom. So easy, but so fun and ruffly!
