Coke Zero is my husband’s favorite drink of all time. He loves it and is always drinking it. When I saw the share a Coke bottles that had names on them, I was super excited because I think that it’s just so fun. Every time I go to the store I like to pick him up one that has a different saying on it, like “friends” or “family”.
Did you know that you can share a Coke in more ways than just giving someone a drink. You can use it as an ingredient. This Coca-Cola crock pot roast is amazing! We had some friends over for dinner so they could enjoy some Coke too :).
I got all the ingredients at Walmart. You can get a nice cold one at the checkouts and there also big displays like this one.
This is prefect for those hot summer days when you don’t want to turn on the stove or the oven and heat up the whole house. Plus it’s nice to have the yummy smell in your house all day long.
All you need is:
2-5 pounds of beef roast
12-20oz of Coca-Cola (original not diet or zero)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of onion soup
2-5 pounds of beef roast
12-20oz of Coca-Cola (original not diet or zero)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of onion soup
Place the roast into the crock pot and then add all the ingredients on top of the roast. Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
It turns out amazing, it just falls apart and the Coke gives it a really nice sweet flavor. You can use the left over juices and make a super yummy and sweet gravy.
I had a friend comment on my instagram picture, so I gave him a bottle of the sugary goodness :). I was happy to #ShareitForward.
