4th of July Treat Idea: Red White and Blue Strawberries

June 13, 2014 by Kaysi Leave a Comment

I love chocolate covered strawberries.  They are amazing and “relatively” healthy :).  These red, white and blue ones are a perfect treat for 4th of July.  Festive, easy to make and super yummy, a great combination!

All you need are strawberries, white and blue candy melts.  You can use sprinkles too.

I just warmed up the candy melts in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and then dipped it in.  I then put it onto wax paper to harden.

For the sprinkles, I put them on when it was still warm.

Once the white was the hard, I then dipped the tips into the blue.  And that’s it!  Super easy and yummy!
