Father’s Day Tie Coloring Page Printable
For my church, I teach the sunbeams (3-4 year olds) and so I am always looking for ideas that work with preschool aged kids. Our lessons are about 50 minutes long, which is a really long time for sunbeams, so I like to have lots of activities for my kids to make the time go more smoothly. Since Father’s Day is tomorrow, I made up a fun tie that they can make their dads. It is perfect a Father’s Day gift that preschool kids can make! I love how easy it is too!
This is how I made it:
I printed out the tie on card stock.
Then I let my daughter coloring it. It’s super easy to color and the kids can do whatever they want with it. It can be a solid color, stripes or multi color. She went with a rainbow look because she loves rainbows.
Once she was done coloring, I cut out the tie with scissors.
To attach the tie onto the Dad, all you have to do is punch some holes (I used a 1/8″ circle punch) and then use string. I used baker’s twine because that is what I had on hand. I ended up doing two pieces of string, so we can easily tie the tie around his neck.
And that’s it!! Super easy to make and perfect for preschool kids to make their dad. To get the Father’s Day tie coloring page printable go here.
