Easy Holiday Food Idea- Snowman Cheese Balls

December 18, 2014 by Kaysi Leave a Comment

I love easy and quick recipes, especially when they are delicious.  I have a thing for cheese.  I like it a lot!  So of course I love cheese balls.  With all the Christmas parties happening right now, I thought it would be fun to make some fun snowman cheese balls.  I love how they turned out and better yet, I loved how they tasted! Plus it was so nice to have an individual cheese ball that I didn’t have to worry about if someone else touched it 🙂

This is what you’ll need for this amazing cheese ball:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened.
1 package ranch dressing seasoning
1 cup cheddar shredded cheese
Sliced almonds
Mix all the ingredient up in a bowl.  The best method for me is with my hands.

Then make small ball of cheese and roll them in some almonds.  I then stuck a paper straw inside of it and wrapped with Saran wrap.

Then I taped the wrap onto the straw with some washi tape.  If you wanted to make them even cuter, you could make a little scarf out of the tape.  Then I drew on the face with a marker.

I put them in the fridge to cool and harden and then put them into an empty box with little holes so they could stand up.

And then I served them with crackers.  So fun and oh so yummy!
