I got to sample these and they tasted great! What I like about them is that they have a great flavor but it’s a big enough snack that I could eat this in between meals and not need more. They have 3g of fiber in them, 320mg of ALA omega 3’s, and 23-25g whole grains. They also have a #progressiveblend of flax, chia seeds and qunioa to get them a unique and yummy flavor.
