Do you remember when I posted about my garden a month or so ago? When I was buying the stuff for it, I wanted to get the good stuff, so I went with Miracle-Gro garden soil. I wanted it to really grow!
After a month, it has been doing great! We have already picked some tomatoes :). It does need to be weeded though, haven’t gotten to that quite yet.
I have been very impressed by the Miracle-Gro soil. It has done a great job. Not only do they have garden soil, they have a soil for every kind of project, gardening, lawn care, bug and rodent control (I may need that one) and weed control.
You can get crafty with their soil too! The have some super fun garden projects on their website and facebook page.
The Toyrarium is a great one for kids, I know that my boys would love this. Using a glass bowl you make a place for the toys to live. I love the idea of using dinosaurs but I think that my boys would love to put big bugs or spiders in it and keep it in their room.
The Ukulele Garden is a creative way to use instruments in your yard. It’s an unique way to incorporate music into your space. I love the idea of this! You plant the plant inside the hole and let it grow.
And the last project they have on there is the Origami Garden. You take some cardboard and then fold it into a planter. This one turned out amazing and made a super cool planter! I loved the idea of it being a hanging planter too, perfect for a deck.
You really should check out these projects, they are so fun and easy to do! They would be fun to do with kids too! For all of these products, use the Moisture Control Potting Mix.
If you’re new to gardening, The Gro Project is the place for you. You can get lots of ideas on Miracle-Gro’s Pinterest page and there are a huge variety of projects, articles and videos from expert gardeners to help you learn what to do. Even if you’re not a beginner, it’s a great place to go and explore!
