A couple of years ago I made some fun snowman soap for neighbor and teacher gifts for Christmas. They were such a big hit that I thought that I would make some more this year but this time make more than just snowman. I made 4 different characters for these Christmas soaps. Each of them are fun and would make a perfect neighbor gift. Or they are perfect just to have at your house.
Here is a quick video to show the process of how to make these (and to show how easy it is to make them :D).
I bought a variety of soaps for each character. I took off the labels and then used some goo gone to get the sticky part off of it.
For the reindeer and Santa, I glued some things on it with a glue gun. Then I cut out some vinyl with my Silhouette for the rest of the soaps. Here is the cut file for the Silhouette and a SVG one.
I added the vinyl to each soap.
Then I added the finishing touches. I love how they turned out! Update- With the reindeer, I didn’t love the look of the pipe cleaners, so I instead cut the antlers out of brown card stock and glued it to the back (the antlers are part of the cut file).
Then I printed out the little tag printable.
And that’s it!! So easy and I love how they turned out. I love the simplicity of the penguin and the Santa. But I also love the little touches of the snoman and reindeer. I’m excited to hand these out to my friends and neighbors.
