Scrapbook Thursday

We just recently found out that we are having a girl this November!!!!! So I decided to work on her baby announcements. Before every baby, I half make baby announcements. I do all of the hard work so then when the baby is born I can just assemble them and it doesn’t take nearly as long. So this past weekend that is what I did.
Here is what it is going to look like with the baby info in the middle
Yes, I colored in each little flower using blending pens and ink. It only took about 2 1/2 hours (yikes!)

Here are all of the supplies, all cut, colored and ready to go. I made 50 sets. It doesn’t look like much for working on them for 5 hours 🙂

Those look great! I wish my cards looked that good! I only make them for my family's birthdays. I just can't justify spending $3 or more on a card that someone will probably just throw away. With handmade cards, they're more likely to keep them. Maybe I just need to get some practice in and I'll end up with one's like yours. 🙂 Congrats on the baby girl!

Wow! Impressive to get all of these done in advance. They're cute too! I can't believe you colored each one of those flowers. I made handmade Christmas cards one year with scrapbooking supplies, and it's been so hard for me to make cards again in that way.
Thanks for linking up to Scrappy Saturdays. Featuring this tomorrow.
