Scrapbooking used to be my “thing”. Whenever I needed something crafty I would do something with my scrapbook supplies, either scrapbook or makes lots of cards. Since this blog, I have learned so many other things to do other than scrapbooking. I’ve done it for 8+ years and some times it just gets boring, so it’s gets put on the back burner. It just overwhelms me now because I am so far behind. I have never been this far behind! There isn’t a day that I don’t think to myself, “I need to scrapbook” but then I just don’t do it. Well I finally decided that I need to do it.
I’m going for very simple right now because I figure that it looks better on a simple page than in the envelope from the store 🙂
I really like the look of vinyl on the page. I don’t have to worry about gluing the letters down. So I used my Expressions vinyl for the title and the green flower. I used the color olive. I cut the flowers out with my Silhouette.

I love that you're using vinyl on scrapbook pages. I used it the other day on a card I made and I was so glad that I didn't have to worry about adhesive on thing parts of letters or rub-ons flaking off! My sister-in-law says that scrapping fifteen minutes a day caught her up in less than six months. She used a timer, so that the project was bite-sized instead of bear-sized! Good Luck!

Love the flowers and the vinyl. I never would have thought to use vinyl on a scrapbook page. I always thought it was for just wood or glass.
Thanks for linking up to Scrappy Saturdays! Featuring this tomorrow!
I've had this problem with scrapbooking too. The thing that helps me is doing it with other people. If you can't get together with friends, I host a monthly Online Crop at my Blog Frog community. There's some other great women who participate, and it's very encouraging to get your scrapbooking done. http://theblogfrog.com/935825/forum/108234/june-2011-online-crop.html
