Disclosure: I was chosen and compensated for this post by Mom It Forward Blogger Network.  All opinions are my own.
I am always looking for an easy, quick and yummy snack.  My kids come home everyday from school and immediately go straight to the pantry.  Sometimes it’s fun to have something made up for them, like a special treat. These mini raspberry cheesecakes were perfect for my kids.  Since I used the new natural Smucker’s fruit spread, they were super yummy!!  And they were so easy to make.  These will would be perfect as a little appetizers at a party or pot luck too!

Smucker’s just came out with a new line of natural fruit spreads.  They are delicious and made with quality ingredients from natural sources.  There are 6 different flavors, Red Raspberry, Red Tart Cherry, Blackberry. Strawberry, Concord Grape and Orange Marmalade.

This is what you’ll need for the mini cheesecakes:
-Smucker’s Raspberry Fruit Spread (or any flavor)
-Graham Crackers
-8 oz Soft Cream Cheese
-1/4 cup Sugar
-1 tsp Vanilla

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.  Then put onto the graham crackers.  I used a frosting decorating tip and bag to put on the cream cheese mixture.

Then I just put a little bit of the fruit spread on top.  It was so easy and quick with the squeeze bottle.

And that’s it!  They were sooooo good.

They only took a few minutes to make and a few seconds to eat :).

We love Smucker’s at our house!  My kids eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches everyday, so we always have Smucker’s in our house!  I can’t wait to try these out on our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
If you love Smucker’s like we do, then you need to enter their contest that is going on right now until October 15th.  All you have to do is upload a photo onto Smucker’s website and also share it onto social media and use the hashtag #SpreadALittleSunshine.  The promotion is about making someone’s day brighter.  So the photo should show how you can make someone’s day brighter.   There are weekly prizes and a chance to win $10,000 towards your dream kitchen (woohoo!).   Go here for all the details.
