Tasty Thursday: Teriyaki Chicken

I had a giveaway over of my favorite blogs and to enter they had to tell me what their favorite food was. Well one of my friends told me about this yummy and super easy recipe! It was so good, everyone loved it!
Teriyaki Chicken

What you will:
Chicken
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
Mix all ingredients into a dish, add chicken and bake at 350 degrees at 45 minutes. Turn chicken over every 20 minutes
Serve on rice.

    I love me some easy chicken recipes! This looks sou good and with some steam fresh {microwave} brown rice and veggies, this meal would be ready with only one dirty pan to clean! And if I lined the pan with alluminum and ate on paper plates– NO cleanup, how amazing! {sorry for rambling :)} Thanks for the recipe!
