Are you sick of the turtle neck redos yet? Well I bought 6 of them… so I might not be done :).
I love how this one turned out. No one would have ever known if was a turtleneck before!
So here it is, with that horrible neck….

To do the ruffles, I used the sleeves and used this tutorial. There are two ruffles on it.

This is great! I always walk right past turtle roll neck tops as they make my boobs look even bigger! Now I actually buy some knowing they won't just end up at the back of my closet, thanks for sharing.
