Color Me Rad winner

The Color me Rad race is approaching fast, only 2 1/2 weeks left.  I used to be able to just go and run three miles without any training, now I have to work my way up.  Mostly because of my dumb back.  It just hurts when I run and that’s never happened before.  So slowly I’m working my way up to the 3.1 miles.  I ran 2.7 today!!!  Let’st just say that I’m glad that I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow.
