Some of my favorite meals are the ones that are not only easy, but are ones that I have all of the ingredients in my pantry already.  Those are my favorite because sometimes I just don’t get to the grocery store and I still need to feed my family with things that I have on hand.  This recipe is perfect for that, because I always have these ingredients on hand.  Plus it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and it’s a perfect meal to feed your family or make for a dinner.  I made it with chicken, but it can easily be made with turkey stuffing and turkey.  It’s a great meal to #TasteTheSeason of Thanksgiving!

I headed to Walmart to get all the ingredients for the recipe.  I found the Stove Top Stuffing in a center aisle on display and the Kraft ranch dressing with the salad dressings.

This is what you’ll need for the recipe:
2-4 chicken breasts (cooked)
1-2 boxes of Stove Top Stuffing
1 cup Kraft ranch dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of milk
3 cups rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes

You could easily half the recipe if you’re feeding your family.  Or make it bigger if you’re bringing it somewhere for a friend’s dinner.

This is how you make it:
1) Cook the rice according to the directions on the package and put into casserole dish.
2) Mix the ranch, soup, milk, and bouilion cubes together.  Pour on top of the rice.
3) Layer chicken on top of the rice and soup mix.

5) Put the stuffing on top of the chicken and rice.  Then cook in the oven at 350* for 30 minutes.

It’s seriously so easy to make and it’s a big crowd pleaser!  All of my kids just gobbled it up.

Eating this brings back so many memories of growing up and the first few years of marriage.  This was one of my favorite meals growing up, so it was one of the first things that I learned to cook when I got married.  It’s fun to eat it and remember all those fund memories :).
