DIY Funny Womens Graphic Shirt Ideas with SVG Cut Files
Last week I got a heat press and I am LOVING it!! I have been making myself shirts and it has been so much fun. It is so fun to have some funny graphic tees and that are just perfect for me. I made several different kinds of shirts: crafty shirts, fall shirts, workout shirts and more! For every shirt there is a SVG cut file too :).
Before I get to the shirts, I wanted to show you a video to show you how to make these shirts. To see the full tutorial on this shirt, go here.
All of them are made with heat transfer vinyl. Make sure that before you cut the vinyl, you mirror the image and put the shiny/plastic side down onto that mat. A few tricks that I used along the way, the image should be around 9″ wide at the most. If you are big chested like me…. anything bigger than 9″ doesn’t look good, trust me. Also prewashing your clothes would be a good idea. Another thing for them to last longer is washing them inside out and tumble low dry. I got a lot of my shirts from Walmart and Hobby Lobby.
For the blessed shirt, I used a rose gold vinyl. It looks amazing on the maroon shirt. You can get the cut files here:
Here is a close up of the blessed shirt.
We all know that I am crafty, so of course I needed a crafty shirt! These are three of my favorite activities. For this shirt I used a teal heat transfer. You can get the cut file for this shirt here:
Isn’t it fun? I really like this one :).
With autumn coming soon, I wanted to make a fun autumn shirt and this one really called my name. I definitely like to be left alone :). You can get the leaf me along shirt here:
For this shirt I used a white stretch heat transfer and then a gold stretch for the leaf.
If you are a crafter, then you can totally relate to this shirt! I wore this shirt to Walmart and I had a 10 minute conversation with the cashier because she loved my shirt and she said that she has 100s of yards of fabric in her house and she is going to get more :). You can get the cut file for this shirt here:
I wanted this one to be really colorful, so I used a green apple and turquoise in the smooth heat transfer and then the blossom patterned HTV.
I am all for funny pun shirts and this one is great. I saw it on someone’s hat and I knew that I needed to make it. It you don’t get it, ask someone who speaks Spanish :). For this one I went with a pretty glitter heat transfer, this is the aqua color. You can get the cut file here:
It seriously just cracks me up!
If you love tacos, then you can be my friend and totally make this shirt! You can get the cut file here:
I used a pretty silver heat transfer for this one, it looks amazing on the navy shirt!
I’m not going to lie, this one is one of my favorite shirts I have ever made. It just cracks me up! I cannot wait to workout in this shirt and then go have tacos for lunch (it is Taco Tuesday tomorrow!). You can get the cut file here:
For this one I used a navy stretch heat transfer (the stretch has a lot more give than the regular smooth).
Here is another fun workout shirt that I made. I like chocolate a LOT and it’s one of the main reasons why I have to work out so much, gotta work it all off, LOL. I thought it was appropriate for a workout shirt but it was be a super cute tee too. You can get the cut file here:
Have you noticed yet that I like colorful clothes? I couldn’t just put some boring color on this gray tank, I decided to go with the pretty yellow heat transfer!
Okay you guys, this one is my favorite of all the ones I made. It just cracks me up! I love Star Wars and this one is just so funny because there are so many people out there that really don’t sweat much. I am not one of them, haha! You can get the cut file for this shirt here:
For this one I just used the white stretch heat transfer.
I love simple sayings on shirts, especially ones that are a good reminder for me and for other people. This one is nice and simple. You can get the cut file here:
It’s hard to tell in the picture, but I used a pearl heat transfer vinyl for this shirt. It’s super pretty in person!
This shirt I have made before, but I used paint instead of heat transfer vinyl. Both times I have made it, I have loved the design. It’s so pretty and perfect for anyone who loves music. You can get the cut file here:
I found this blush pink shirt and decided that a gold heat transfer vinyl would look good on it. I love the two together!
This one is fun because I think that all moms feel like they are a hot mess. I definitely am 95% of the time!! So I thought that I needed a shirt to tell everyone that I am :). You can get the cut file for this shirt here:
With this one I used the white stretch heat transfer and then added a fun houndstooth patterned HTV to it.
Here is another funny workout tank. I actually do run and I do run from my kids, so I thought that this shirt was appropriate for me, LOL. You can get the cut file here:
For this one, I used a white stretch heat transfer vinyl and then a neon yellow HTV and why yes they do have neon colors and they are amazing!
Workout tanks are super fun to make (can you tell that I love making them!). This donut one is perfect because I love sweets and donuts!
You can get the file here:
For this one I used a white stretch heat transfer and then a patterned donut vinyl, I just cut out the donuts with scissors.
As you can tell, I love making shirts! It’s one of my favorite things about having a Silhouette CAMEO! I especially love making them now that I have my new heat press, it makes it super easy to make all of these! You can use an iron to put the heat transfer on too, just make sure you put enough pressure onto the HTV so that it really seals it into the fabric (when you see the fibers of the fabric through the HTV you know it’s good). Here is a chart with all of the settings for the heat transfer vinyl.
Check out all of the other shirts that I have made too!
